Sri Lanka snaps losing streak in ODIs

Sri Lanka ended an eight-match losing streak in One-Day Internationals with a 35-run win over Scotland.

The visitors made 322 for 8 in the rain-affected second ODI in Edinburgh, but Scotland were dismissed for 199 in 33.2 overs.

They were chasing a revised target of 235 from 34 overs and the result was decided on the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method.

Captain Dimuth Karunaratne top-scored for Sri Lanka with 77, while fast bowler Nuwan Pradeep took four wickets.

George Munsey scored a fighting 61 for Scotland.
