Registration opens for Dubai Fitness Challenge

Registration is now open for the Dubai Fitness Challenge which returns later this month, offering free workout sessions and exciting events across the city.

The sixth edition, which runs from October 29 to November 27 encourages everyone to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days.

Once again, a packed calendar of activities has been lined up, which includes the much-anticipated Dubai Ride on November 6 and Dubai Run on November 20.

With a month-long calendar of free workouts, fitness events and wellness-centric entertainment, there’s plenty of inspiration to keep moving.

Residents and visitors can sign up at www.dubaifitnesschallenge.com to be part of one of the world's largest citywide fitness movements.
