His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, met with a number of high-ranking military officials from the UAE and other nations in Al Ain on Wednesday.
They all attended the graduation ceremony of the 48th cohort of cadets at the Zayed II Military College.
During the meeting, held at the College’s headquarters, His Highness highlighted the importance of boosting the exchange of military knowledge, expertise and best practices to strengthen the capabilities of military personnel.
The leadership is committed to equipping security forces with the advanced skills and tools required to deliver their responsibilities effectively, His Highness said.
The attendees extended their congratulations to His Highness on the cadets' graduation and praised the College for providing its graduates with the best military knowledge and training, which made it rank among the most prestigious in the world.
The meeting was attended by Mohamed Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, and Staff Lieutenant General Issa Saif Al Mazrouei, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces.
The Chairman of the UAE Cybersecurity Council, Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, said the Gulf country prevents or mitigates a daily average of 50,000 cyberattacks on key sectors.
