The UAE confirmed 977 new cases of COVID-19 from 285,614 tests on Monday.
Another 1,314 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 713,835.
Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,048.
A total of 724,240 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 8,357 are currently active.
