The UAE has confirmed 2,355 new cases of COVID-19 from 485,322 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,129 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 775,172.
Five patients have died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,239.
A total of 840,739 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 63,328 are currently active.
