Development plans for Palm Jebel Ali are being revisited due to a surge in demand for beachfront properties and apartments.

Palm Jebel Ali is one and a half times the size of the Palm Jumeirah, and has been left dormant since 2009.

Developer Nakheel said "the Palm Jebel Ali masterplan is being revisited. Further details will be released in due course".

There's no news yet on how long the development would take or when more details will be released.

Last week, Nakheel revealed their new logo and branding for their upcoming campaigns.
