Emirates Airline is set to restart passenger services to Mauritius as the island-nation gradually re-opens its borders to international tourists.
The Dubai-based carrier will operate two weekly flights from July 15, on Thursdays and Saturdays.
It will also deploy A380 aircraft on the route from August 1.
Mauritius will open its borders to vaccinated passengers and Mauritian nationals from July 15 to September 30 as part of the first phase, which will involve some restrictions.
The second phase, from October 1, will see the country welcome fully vaccinated travellers who can explore the island freely with no restrictions.
