TRA launches rating system for customer service centers

Du and Etisalat customer service centres across the UAE will soon been rated between one and five stars depending on how efficient they are.

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) says the system is called “Erteqaa” and results will be published outside each business centre.

Mohamed Jadah, Director of Wireless Networks and Services at the TRA, is heading up the programme.

He explains how the rating system will work.
