JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Collect invoices with required enclosures from the operations dept.
  2. Confirm delivery of invoices on time to customers; & keep record for the same
  3. HR related:
    • Documentation (including filing) and procedures compliance. (Get pre-jobs done by the concerned)
    • Punching & Attendance report
    • Salary/OT distribution
  4. Treasury function (entries & records)
  5. Maintaining stationary
  6. Smartness of Office Premises
  7. Reception
